Shipping

The delivery of products in Italy is carried out via Express Courier (DHL express, BRT, GLS, POSTE ITALIANE).

If you have special needs regarding receiving the items, you can write in the order notes.

Shipments depart from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. From the moment you place the order we deliver the package to your home within 24/72 hours, depending on the courier and the time of year.

The delivery times indicated are valid for orders placed before 15pm, as we are able to deliver the parcels to the courier on the same day.

Once shipped, the courier sends an email with a tracking link with which you can monitor the status of the shipment.

In case of absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier attempts a new delivery the following day.

It is not possible to indicate a precise day and/or time for delivery.

* In case of payment by bank transfer the package is delivered to the courier only after viewing the credit in the bank account.
